1. What we collect
When you use BODY.AI we collect the information you provide during onboarding (name, age, gender, height, weight, fitness goal, diet preferences, allergies and training preferences), the photos you take for body scans, and the workout and nutrition activity you log in the app.
2. Scan photos & body data
Scan photos are used solely to compute your body composition estimates. Photos are transmitted over encrypted connections to our processing services. We do not sell your photos or body data, and we do not use them for advertising. You can delete individual scans or your entire account — including associated photos and results — from within the app.
3. How we use your data
Your data is used to generate your personalized training and nutrition plans, track your progress over time, operate and improve the service, and provide customer support.
4. Third-party services
BODY.AI uses trusted service providers to operate, including cloud hosting and authentication (Firebase), AI plan generation, body measurement processing, and subscription management. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us.
5. Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting your account removes your profile, scans and history from our systems, except where we are legally required to retain records.
